Hey, I'm Sebastian! I’m a fitness and martial arts coach. My journey started when I left my career as a CNC machine operator to dive into fitness through martial arts. At 20, I got hooked on the idea of mastering cool calisthenics moves like muscle-ups and one-arm chin-ups and I was also into hobby running, but I craved a new challenge.

That’s when martial arts called my name. I started training in Jeet Kune Do, along with Wing Chun, Muay Thai, Silat, and Arnis. By the time I was 24, I earned my Jeet Kune Do certification and decided to take my passion further by training in Muay Thai in Thailand for four months. It was a life-changing experience—learning from the best and meeting amazing people from around the world. It wasn’t easy leaving my life back home, but I knew this was my path.

After returning from Thailand, I began coaching at various gyms, teaching both kids and adults in one-on-one and group settings. Over the past 7 years, I've learned a ton about the gym industry and developed my skills as a coach. Discipline, consistancy, and the connections I’ve made through fitness and martial arts have shaped me into the coach I am today.

Fun facts about me: I’m obsessed with the color orange, I can’t start my day without an espresso, and ramen and tacos are my go-to comfort foods.
